We had several quotes to install a mini-split dual system. Valley Air Conditioning & Heating not only had the best price, but they did an outstanding job, and left no trace behind. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a mini-split system.

Luke from Valley came out to take a look at our AC because I couldn’t get it to turn on. He was able to identify the problem right away and has us back up and running before the summer started up. Could not be happier with the install of our brand new AC. They replaced our current system which cooled the upstairs and added on a mini split to cool the downstairs all in a day and a half! Tim and his crew of about 6 people showed up on time, walked me through all the plans and in no time at all were done. Super friendly and explained the new thermostat and new mini split system downstairs with me when they were done.

Valley Air Conditioning & Heating installed a whole home air conditioning system for me in late April of 2025. The free estimate was hassle free with no push make a decision now. Every question I had, and I had a lot, was answered to my full satisfaction. The price was good, and the equipment offered was top of the line. Because they are a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, I got the 12-year warranty. Due to a business trip I had scheduled we had some minor scheduling issues at first, but Valley was very accommodating in working with me to address the issue. The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were careful and respectful with my house. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The office staff was outstanding; great communications and they even handled the Energize CT Rebate process for me start-to-finish. I would highly recommend Valley Air Conditioning & Heating for any HVAC needs you may have.

After 4 estimates for replacement of a AC unit, Valley Air was par with one other for lowest price. The team were very pleasant, and so easy to have them working in the house. Everyone in the company was responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. I've had the system running for 3 days now during this hot spell and am pleased with its efficiency. So far, an A+ experience.

At 8:00 last night we realized we had no heat. We called Valley and they called right back. They sent Luke, their tech who arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to see if they had the part. They did, he came back and installed it and we were back in business by 10:30. You could not ask for better service.
