We will not be responsible for any equipment failure or damage if access is not made available.
Any maintenance. alterations, changes, replacements or repairs made by anyone other than a Valley Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC technician will terminate the obligations under this agreement.
This maintenance agreement is not refundable but may be transferred to the new owner of the address shown on the agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel agreement coverage at any time. If this occurs a refund will be given on the remaining time left on the agreement.
Hydro-Air systems do not include the boiler or hot water coils.
No discounts are given on diagnostic fee for service requests or refrigerant.

What Happens During a Maintenance Tune-Up?
Maintenance Visit Checklist
- Check thermostat(s) operations, change batteries as necessary (Spring and Fall)
- Check electrical connections (Spring and Fall)
- Check all safety devices (Spring and Fall)
- Clean condensate drain, and/or replace condensate pump as needed*
- Lubricate moving parts and fan motor as necessary (Spring and Fall)
- Replace 1” filters as necessary (Spring and Fall)
- Check blower operations (Fall)
- Check refrigerant charge (Spring)
- Check operation of zone dampers if equipped
- Visual inspection and cleaning of the heat exchanger (Fall)
- Check defrost cycle and reversing valve on Heat Pump system (Fall)
- Check auxiliary heaters for proper operations on Heat Pump system (Fall)
- Clean prefilters and cells, replace post-filter for Electronic Air Cleaners as needed*
- Check and clean Humidifier operations, replace pad as needed and clean the condensate drain. (Humidifier is shut off in the Spring)
